Produced in extremely limited numbers, the Vauxhall VX220 VXR was the ultimate development of the Elise-based roadster lighter, more focused, and significantly more powerful. Developed in collaboration with Lotus and tuned by Vauxhall Motorsport, the car features a 2.0-litre turbocharged engine producing 220bhp in standard form, driving through a five-speed manual gearbox. Weighing only 930kg, performance was exceptional, with 0 to 60mph achieved in just 4.2 seconds.This particular example, chassis number 10 of only 65 cars built, presents in metallic grey with distinctive red Alcantara-trimmed sports seats, carbon-fibre interior detailing, and factory VXR-specific wheels and brakes.
