Here is my vw t4 lwb 2.5tdi on 186k in the last year ive spent over £5000 doing her up been fully stripped inside including engine rebuild (still original engine) she is the 88bhp modle but has brand new bigger injectors now and brand new turbo so mapped to 102bhp. I have a intercooler thats not fitted yet to go on (may be on when viewedwill need remap when intercooler fitted and should be good for at least 200bhp) has full 50mm dodo sound deading mats throughout then 100mm dodo thermal on top of that. Runs and drives like a brand new t4 engine sounds perfect. Oversized ram air intake. Have plenty of pics of the work done and loads of recipes. Only thing the van needs is the outside paint sorted in a few places if your picky. Galvanised bottom so will never rust! Brand new van project77 u shape sofa bed with all cabinets still wrapped for cooker ect still have the optional table aswell still wrapped this set alone costs £2000 I have all bits for dash to be fitted and headlining will be fitted in the next few days. Heater matrix and all pipes have been stripped and cleaned right through anything inside that could be taken apart has been and fully cleaned

New door check straps all round

New heaven duty under tray for engine bay

New led headlights fitted

Brand new fuel pump fitted 1000 miles ago and fuel filter replaced

Brilliant on fuel on the motorway

Timing belt/ water pump done less then 1000 miles ago

As mentioned the van runs and drives mint brand new tuff 4×4 17" rims brand new good year tyres all round

New wheel bearings all round brakes have got 2 or 3 years of life left in them

Brand new sachs hd socks and springs all round with 2" lift kit on the back

Also have brand new carpet will be fitted nest week


New heavy duty hella starter motor/alternator fitted 1000 miles ago

On 3rd set of oil/filter since rebuild every 500 miles no metel or bits showing still show now filled with millers racing oil and had been in for 100 miles

All electrics have been disconnected with the connectros cleaned

Ive done everything possible to keep the van in good condition for myself for the next 10 years but now its almost done im thinking about a crafter project

Will have carpet headling and all bits back on dash by the end of next week and will update pics
