SUMMARY.
Selling my Caddy Maxi van conversion project. I have owned this van for a year and have a full service history for work completed (summary below). It is part-way through a conversion to increase the spec of the interior, sale comes with the original bulk head and internal panels. The majority of conversion work to date has been on the mechanics and increasing the quality of components (Filters, Suspension, Stereo). Selling due to change in priorities - we're putting the van dream on hold whilst we look to travel abroad!

Model comes as designed with no non-standard mechanical alterations, however this was a British Gas fleet van early on, so has some signs of this inside. There are a few minor scuffs to be aware of (as pictured): bumper scuff, nearside door handle markings, rear low door dent. The van was brought with a transfer sticker on bonnet and both rear panels- I have removed the transfer with heat gun but the adhesive remains. This requires a scrub over with Ethanol or 'sticky stuff' remover to get a smooth finish.

SERVICE HISTORY SUMMARY.
Pre current ownership:
* At time of sale, 5 previous owners (myself included)
* New/ replaced: battery, timing belt kit, injector, clutch, brake calliper

During current ownership (April 2025- May 2026):
* New/ replaced/ upgraded: suspension, number plate housing & lights, K&N air filter, Turbo, injectors, new stereo system
* Serviced: Tracking, Aircon

INTERNAL WORK.
* Removal of bulk head and wooden panels (all come with the van bar one wheelarch wooden cover which was damaged during removal). All are marked with position.
* Metalwork smoothing of bumps and edges, sealed open metalwork with Hammerite direct to metal paint.
* Installation of 25mm wooden battens across floor bed and 25mm Recticel PIR in-between to increase thermal insulation. Batons covered with foil tape for thermal bridging before relaying the wooden ply floor.
* Full assessment of rear electrics, main light was re-loomed and spare electrics removed. When van was owned and operated by British Gas, there were antenna fitted. These have been left in place as advised and sealed. There is also a charging cable and speaker pack from BG days, again advised to leave in place as they are non-live, could be removed if you wanted. Rear camera checked and operational as well as squeaker for reversing sensor.
* Full complete stereo replacement in the front including main door speakers, top dash speakers, microphone and aerial.

OTHER.
I have the below internal parts separately for sale if you are interested in continuing the conversion:

* Roll of rubber flooring and Trim-fix adhesive
* Dometic Mini Heki FL rooflight (400x400mm)
* Sikaflex and Mastic sealing strip for the rooflight installation
* Roll of Dritherm insulation
