Faults:

Clutch and gearbox need doing.
Intermittent warning light causing short term power loss.


I recently purchased this van with no MOT and had it trailered back to my local garage who put it through its MOT. I have spent a small fortune on it (please see photos for the invoice £2088)

We drove the van up to Bristol and I discovered that the clutch release bearing was quite loud. As the journey went on the noise got progressively worse and the Van struggled to get into gear.

I now suspect it will need a clutch and gearbox as when in second gear it sounds like the van has a supercharger! It does currently drive but I wouldn’t recommend taking it far as it could cease.

It also has an intermittent fault were a warning light (attached a photo of this to the advert) sporadically flashes and it loses a bit of power for a very short period to then return back to normal. I haven’t explored this any further as I’ve gone out and purchased a new larger van more suitable for my work and desires to go camping.

I had started working on the van to get it ready for our summer adventures so I have hoovered and deep cleaned both front seats. Sound dead-end cab floor which has helped with road noise considerably. I also treated minor cab floor rust and sealed with hammerite. I have photos of all the work if you’re interested.

The van can be supplied with bulkhead, rear ply panels and floor (if desired).

It is what it is. Come take a look. Mo test drives as I really would rather someone mechanically minded would collect on a flat bed.

It’s got so much potential and I really was so excited to turn it into a lovely little day van, if I had the space I would keep it, do the clutch and gearbox. Parts for there are very affordable and readily available.
