Description

Renault Kangoo Maxi long wheel base model,
1.5 turbo diesel, 5speed manual gearbox.

The van is in good condition for age being 15 years old, and below average milage.

MOT until January 2027 and currently SORN with DVLA so mileage will not increase until sold.

GOOD BITS:-
I have just serviced it- New oil and oil filter, air filter fuel filter was replaced earlier this year.,
All 4 tyres are good and should last at least until the next MOT in January.
It starts first time very time and is extremely reliable.

The van has had only 3 owners from new with the 1st owners being a fleet company and I being the 3rd.

The previous owner had purchased with the intention of it becoming an off grid camper/day van but had a last minute change of mind, but had by then replaced the starter motor, battery & Clutch.
He had also Fully insulated and soft felt lined the rear interior.

The drivers cab is clean & tidy, seats have no rips or tears and all works as it should including the factory fitted Tom Tom Sat Nav.

With the sale it will come with Brand New (still in box) all 4 Brake Discs & Pads.
As This was an advisory at this years MOT.

FYI- these can be fitted for the new owner at no additional cost if Sale price is met.


THE BAD BITS
The previous owner had Sadly misplaced receipt for battery & Clutch but there is one for the starter motor.

The body work lower half on both sides has been painted in black stone chip by previous owner as he intended on it going off grid, but this has only helped protect from any rest or road damage.

There are a couple of light scratches and dents as expected for the age but these can be easily repaired.

Lastly the van was incorrectly registered by the Dealer from New, so was driving around with the wrong number plate for years.
This has thankfully now been fully resolved by the help of a DVLA and Police investigation.
The correct V5 and registration plate is fitted and the VIN has been verified. The paperwork comes with both V5’s and all Historical MOT’s, Chassis Engine and Milage align with the VIN number there also includes a DVLA satisfaction and approval letter as evidence that all is Now Legal.


All in all the van is a reliable work horse and I’m confident it has plenty of life remaining for the new owner.
