WE PURCHASED THIS VAN FROM FORD IN DECEMBER 2024 WITH AROUND 19,000 MILES ON THE CLOCK FOR £25,000+VAT. IT WAS STOLEN ON 3RD MAY 2025 AND THEN RECOVERED IN JUNE. THE INSURANCE COMPANY OFFERED US THE CHOICE TO BE PAYED OUT OR HAVE IT RETURNED TO US. WE CHOSE FOR IT TO BE RETURNED ONCE THEY HAD CARRIED OUT THEIR CHECKS ETC.
THE VAN WAS ONLY RELEASED BACK TO
US AROUND 2 WEEKS AGO. WE DID NOT REALISE IT WOULD TAKE SO LONG FOR THE CHECKS TO BE CARRIED OUT BUT APPARENTLY IT WAS PART OF A BIGGER INVESTIGATION AS THEY HAD STOLEN QUITE A FEW.
AS WE WERE WAITING FOR SO LONG WE HAD TO BUY ANOTHER REPLACEMENT VAN TO USE AND HAVE DECIDED TO NOW SELL THIS ONE.
HOWEVER BECAUSE OF THIS THE VAN IS CLASSED AS CATEGORY N STOLEN RECOVERED ON THE HPI REGISTER.
THE VAN IS STILL IN LOVELY CONDITION AND DRIVES BRILLIANTLY. PLEASE DO NOT BE PUT OFF BY THIS.
BARGAIN AT THIS PRICE AS WE PAID £30k ALL IN JUST SHY OF 12 MONTHS AGO.
