The controller on the Road Diesel will change back to the oven temperature. - Switching to Road Diesel will allow the oven to cycle at 75 degrees centigrade +/-2 degrees. - If at any time you wish to return the oven to Regenerating temperatures (increase food temperature), repeat the above procedure and turn off the Road Diesel holding temperature switch. If the above procedures are not followed, the oven will automatically go into a safety mode and will not heat for approximately 15-20 minutes. When you have finished with your last delivery, turn off whichever switch you have on. Electric operation - Plug the power lead into the side of the vehicle, lifting up the white flap. - Switch on Regen Electric. You will see at this stage two controllers will display the oven temperature. - The oven temperatures are preset to 120 degrees centigrade, and when the air temperature has been achieved, the ovens will cycle on a 2-degree differential. - When changing over from electric to diesel, you must pull out the standby lead and turn off...
