Description
I have a large 4 bedroom house looking to exchange to a 4 or 5 bedroom house in Moseley, Hall Green or Kings Heath but will consider immediate surrounding areas. It is fully decorated throughout and has two living rooms, one of which can be used as a fifth bedroom if needed. Two of the bedrooms are large and the other two are medium in size. It has a large back garden and a reasonably sized front garden with its own drive for easy parking.
There is also a large summerhouse in the garden (11ft x 13ft) with fully insulated ceiling, floor and walls. It also has a brand new grey wooden floor recently fitted. The ceiling and floor is also reinforced as I am currently using this as a gym, so it is extremely sturdy enough to hold heavy equipment and is perfect to use an additional room. It has full double glazing (3 windows plus double doors) and full electric running throughout. I use a small heater during the cold months and it warms up really well due to it being fully insulated.
