Low G strung ( wound string for best tension and intolantion). This is super tenor with and enlarged body which gives it a warm bass tone. Perfect for starter or intermediate player. I have acquired a bit of a ukelele collection over the years and im letting go of some before a house move. This ukelele is in superb condition
