1979 Triumph Bonneville T140D 750 Custom

I have owned this bike for 15 years, it had been customised before that.

Complete engine strip down 2009/10
Boyer Bransden Micro-PowerElectronic Ignition system
New high compression pistons
New barrels +060”
Valves
Primary belt drive kit
New oil pump
New timing cover
New front brake reservoir
Oil pressure gauge (bike runs at 60psi when cold and doesn't drop much when warmed up)

Number plate is UAN 985 so some extra value

Complete rewire
Chain guard
Norman Hyde 12” front disc
Triumph Cub seat
Folder full of receipts for new parts

Registered Historic vehicle so No Tax and No MOT required
New speed drive recently but playing up atm

Less than 3,000 miles since work 15 years ago.
Bike had just over 1000 miles on clock when bought but this was obviously not
the correct mileage as new speedo had been fitted, hence the major engine overhaul.

Lovely bike to ride, handles well with plenty of power.

She is due an oil change.
