Francis and John proved to be very reliable, excellent time keeping and communication skills. The exact specification of fence type and shade was sourced to perfection. On installation attention to detail could not be faulted. A neglected extremely tall tree was significantly cut and carefully shaped. Additionally Francis ensured before leaving all was left clean and tidy, so I had little to do but place my garden ornaments back in situ. Extremely impressed and will have no hesitation in recommending & hiring 121 Home Improvements in the future.

Francis stuck to his quote for 2 days work which ended up being nearly 4 due to extra things needed doing e.g a well hidden brick wall under the soil to be removed. Lovely guy I would recommend definitely 👌
