Pay Rate: 16.81 per hour

Overtime: 20.33 per hour

Shift Pattern: 5 days from 7

Shift: 22:00 – 06:00

Key Responsibilities as Warehouse Team Leader:

Lead and support the warehouse team during the night shiftAllocate tasks and monitor team performanceEnsure targets and deadlines are metMaintain high standards of health and safetySupport the smooth running of warehouse operationsAssist with training and onboarding of team membersReport any issues or concerns to managementEnsure the warehouse is kept clean, organised and safeRequirements as Warehouse Team Leader:

Previous Team Leader or supervisory experience within a warehouse environmentGood communication and organisational skillsAbility to lead and motivate a teamComfortable working night shiftsReliable and flexible approach to workGood understanding of health and safety proceduresBenefits of working for our client as Warehouse Team Leader:
