Warehouse Supervisor Required!

Our client is a leading UK–based manufacturer.

On behalf of our client, we are recruiting for an experienced Warehouse/Stores Supervisor to join their team. The successful candidate will provide day–to–day leadership for the goods–in, stores and despatch functions.

Package:

Salary 33,000 – 35,000 (DOE)25 days holiday + bank holidaysCompany pension schemeEarly finish FridaysWorking hours Monday – Thursday 8am till 5pm and Fridays 8am till 2pmWarehouse Supervisor – Responsibilities:

Work closely with colleagues in the stores, office, and workshop as part of a teamReceive and check deliveries, ensuring correct quantities and paperworkPrepare and despatch parts and finished goods to customers and service teamsManage stock levels and maintain accurate records, including regular stock checksPick parts and materials according to Bills of Materials for productionSupport the Quality Manager and senior management during ISO auditsWork with the Production Manager to prioritise daily tasks and manage shortagesCommunicate with Service and Sales teams to organise the dispatch of goodsHandle returns or rejected parts and liaise with the Quality ManagerKeep all records and systems up to date, including stock logs and registersEnsure the stores area is clean, tidy, and organisedMonitor and maintain plant and equipment used in the departmentWarehouse Supervisor – Requirements:

Previous supervisory Stores experienceStrong communication skills (written & verbal)Good computer skills: Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and MRP stock management system (Currently Omnis)Electric Forklift truck experienceFull UK Driving Licence (Preferred)
