CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is a leading global provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management. We are recruiting a Warehouse supervisor to join the maintenance team located in Havant

To control Warehousing, Goods Inwards & Distribution in a safe and efficient mannerTo work collaboratively with Facilities team colleagues to provide an excellent support service to the Company, employees and visitors

Monitor and control racking locations ensuring items are safely stowedSupport picking/packing activitiesCarry out daily and weekly Forklift checks and maintain supporting recordsMaintain the cleanliness of the Warehouse and Goods Inwards area for safe operation at all timesOperate Goods Inwards, log deliveries and advise recipientResponsible for providing an efficient serviceWorking with colleagues to ensure all Facilities related responsibilities are covered in a timely mannerEffectively respond to internal customer queriesForklift activities, picking stock, loading lorries etcRemove and dispose of unused items in the appropriate waste streamProcess and separate all waste streamsManagement of Waste collectionsWork closely with HSE Manager and Facilities Manager to ensure all activities undertaken within legislative and Company guidelinesUndertake inspection of workplace (warehouse) and reports any defects to the appropriate person(s) Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

Previous experience working in a warehouse, using forklift truck and lifting devices safelyPassed a recognised Fork Lift Truck course in the previous 3 years (still valid)Good knowledge of Health & Safety requirements for working in a warehouse environmentGood communication skills both verbal and writtenAbility to work unsupervisedExperience working with customers and suppliers (either internal or external)Collaborative approach to workingOrganised with attention to detailProfessional in approachFlexible attitude with an ability to work under pressureHelpful to colleaguesCompetent in Microsoft Office especially Word and Excel
