Warehouse Operative (Full Time)

Location: Over, Cambridge (CB24)

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm

Pay Rate: 13.50 – 14.50 per hour

Manpower is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a well–established and growing client based in Over, Cambridge. Our client is a leading manufacturer and supplier of laboratory products and scientific equipment, serving customers across the UK and internationally.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Warehouse Operative to join a busy and supportive team in a permanent, full–time role.

Key Responsibilities Receiving, checking, and unloading deliveries against delivery documentation Picking, packing, and preparing customer orders accurately and efficiently Maintaining stock accuracy and supporting regular stock checks Ensuring the warehouse remains clean, organised, and compliant with health and safety regulations Loading and unloading vehicles safely when required Supporting general warehouse operations, including manual handling duties Working closely with colleagues and other departments to ensure smooth day–to–day operations What We're Looking For Minimum 2 years' warehouse experience Full UK driving licence Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Ability to work effectively in a fast–paced environment and meet deadlines Positive attitude with excellent teamwork and communication skills Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling and standing for extended periods Basic computer skills and experience with stock management systems would be advantageous What's in It for You?
