Permanent contract opportunities available after 12 weeks

Your pay rate as a full time Warehouse Operative:

AM shift: (06:00am to 14:00pm) = 13.46 per hour

PM shift: (14:00pm to 22:00pm) = 15.66 per hour

Night shift: (22:00pm to 06:00am) = 16.66 pr hour

Overtime rate: 1.5xbasic rate paid after 160 hours accrued in 4 weeks period (paid monthly)

Typical working hours as a full time Warehouse Operative:

You will be working one of the following shifts:

06:00 until 14:00

14:00 until 22:00

22:00 until 06:00

The job is 5 out of 7 and is not a standard Monday to Friday

Your role as a Warehouse Operative:

Voice picking using LLOP (full training provided)

Ensuring the picking is completed to the required standard

Accountability for the timely and accurate distribution

Contributing towards their culture of trust, respect and togetherness

Using MHE

Benefits for Warehouse Operatives:

Payment will increase by 1 after 12 weeks (probation period)

Paid weekly every Friday (apart from overtime rate)

Temporary to permanent opportunities after 12 weeks

Progression to different roles

Bonus up to 6 per hour on top of basic rate
