13,218 per annum – 12.71 per hour

Monday to Friday 9am until 1pm

Our long–established manufacturing client, based in Daventry, are seeking a reliable and proactive permanent, Part Time, Warehouse Operative to join their growing team.

Warehouse Operative Responsibilities:

Preparing orders and wrapping pallets ready for dispatch.Assisting with shipping and receiving processes to ensure timely dispatch and receipt of goods.Handling materials efficiently and safely within the warehouse environmentSetting up and operating filling machines in the production area.Lidding & packing jars and bottles ready for dispatch Putting away goods received and also retrieving jars and bottles from stock and preparing for production.Cleaning down machines & filling lines.Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the warehouse space at all timesWarehouse Operative requirements:

Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not essential; full training will be provided.Be self–motivated and able to work on your own and as part of a team.Have a continuous improvement mindset.Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during daily operationsStrong organisational skills with an eye for detail to maintain high standards of quality control.This role offers a hands–on working environment where safety, efficiency, and organisation are paramount.
