Location: Stowmarket

Shifts: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Overview

We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Operative to join a busy warehouse team.

This role involves accurately picking customer orders, preparing goods for dispatch, and maintaining a safe, clean, and organised warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities

Accurately pick customer orders in line with order specifications

Prepare, pack, and label orders safely, ensuring all products are handled with care

Work to agreed performance targets, including accuracy, speed, and quality

Adhere to all site health and safety procedures, particularly when handling liquid or hazardous materials

Maintain a clean, tidy, and safe working area at all times

Support colleagues and assist with other warehouse duties when required

Skills & Experience

Previous warehouse or order picking experience preferred but not essential (full training provided)

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

Physically fit and able to lift, move, and handle paint products and packaging safely

Team player with good communication xjnqpsq skills

Flexible and adaptable to changing workloads

Requirements
