Pay: 15.09ph
Location: WA11
Shifts: 10pm – 6am
Job Summary
We are seeking a diligent and motivated Warehouse Operative to join our team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse by performing various tasks related to the handling of important goods. This position is required to have good attention to detail skills while adhering to safety protocols.
Responsibilities
Build and assemble pallets for despatch, ensuring accuracy in order fulfilment. Safely operate a Powered Pallet Truck (PPT) to move stock around the warehouse Perform picking and packing duties, preparing orders for dispatch with attention to detail. Utilise warehouse management systems (WMS) for tracking inventory and managing stock levels. Conduct regular inspections of equipment and report any mechanical issues promptly. Maintain a clean and organised workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations. Work in a chilled environment from time to time (clothing will be provided) Qualifications
Previous experience in a warehouse environment and operating PPTs is essential. Familiarity with AS400 or similar warehouse management systems is advantageous. Able to pass a drug and alcohol test Strong attention to detail and organisational skills are essential for accurate order processing. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team are crucial.
