As a warehouse operative/ Picker Packer you will be working as part of the Fulfilment team, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring that our products reach our clients customers and stores in a timely and accurate manner.

You'll collaborate with a diverse team to meet performance benchmarks, guaranteeing that our deliveries are prepared efficiently and ready for distribution.

As a Picker Packer your working hours and days are:

Day Shift 07:00–17:00Monday– Friday / Sunday– Thursday (shift rotates every 6 weeks) The rate of pay as a Picker Packer is GBP12.60 per hour

The duties and responsibilities as a Picker Packer are:

Pick and pack and organise within the warehouse bays to facilitate efficient delivery processesEnsure that customer orders are packed with precision, adhering to the company s quality control standardsUtilise Android/ Windows scanning technology to pick stock for store and customer deliveriesDocument all stock accurately, maintaining thorough records of outgoing productsMaintain a clean and hazard– free environment in the picking aisles while fulfilling ordersUphold a safe and tidy working environment at all times The ideal candidate for a Warehouse Operative would need:

Previous warehouse experience preferable– training will be providedAbility to work well individually or in a team environmentStrong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast–paced environmentAdaptable and positive attitudeReliable and hardworkingGood time keeping Benefits and facilities:
