Duties of a Warehouse Operative

Heavy lifting and manual handling (Up to 15kg)

Utilise inbounding and out bounding procedures

Ensure assets are securely wrapped and protected (i.e., stacked correctly) and highlight damaged boxes where appropriate.

Using handheld scanners for their barcode tracking system.

Safety shoes will need to be worn.

Required Skills of a Warehouse Operative

Must have good physical health

Previous warehouse experience

Ability to work well under pressure in a target driven environment

Effective communication skills and IT literate

High level of attention to detail

Completed vetting checks/references during application process

Right to work required

Experience:

Previous experience of working with the records management or Data Protection industry is desirableIT literate
