Job Title: Warehouse Operative

Location: Sandwich, Kent (must drive due to location)

Salary: GBP12.30 - GBP14.000 (dependant on experience)

Hours: 5 out of 7, rotating between 6.30am - 5.00pm and 9.00am - 7.30pm

Role Summary:

As a Warehouse Operative, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming and outgoing stock, ensuring accurate stock levels and maintaining a clean and organised warehouse environment.

Receive, unload and store incoming stock.Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.Perform quality control checks on incoming and outgoing products.Maintain accurate stock records using computerised systems.Ensure compliance with company policies and health and safety regulations.Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely.Keep the warehouse clean and organised.Assist with regular stock takes and inventory counts.Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless operations. Experience and skills required for this position:

Proven experience as a Warehouse Operative.Flexibility to work 5 out of 7 rotating between early and late shifts.Ability to lift heavy objects and work on your feet for extended periods.Good communication skills and a team player attitude.Basic computer skills for data entry and stock control.Forklift licence (desirable but not essential).
