We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Operative/Team Leader to join our client, who is based in Guildford, Surrey. In this permanent role, you will be responsible for managing daily warehouse operations, including picking, packing, stock control, goods–in, and dispatch activities. Your leadership will ensure that the team runs efficiently and accurately, maintaining high standards of organisation, safety, and productivity. The role involves supervising staff, delegating tasks, supporting process improvements, and ensuring seamless communication across operational functions. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast–paced environment, demonstrate excellent leadership, and have a hands–on approach to team management.
