Job Title: Temporary Warehouse Operative (Late Shift) Immediate Start
Location: Fareham
Pay: 12.90 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 2:00pm 10:00pm
Contract: Full–time, Temporary (with potential to become permanent)
Hours per week: 37.5

We're urgently looking for reliable and hard–working Warehouse Operatives to join our client's busy Distribution Centre in Fareham. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast–paced environment and is looking to secure ongoing work.
Key Responsibilities:
Picking and packing customer orders with accuracy and care
Using handheld scanners to locate and select items from storage
Physically moving stock from pick locations to despatch areas
Preparing orders for courier collections
Following order priorities and meeting daily targets
About You:
A strong work ethic and team spirit
Able to work on your feet and lift/move items as required
Comfortable working in a busy, fast–moving warehouse environment
Previous warehouse experience is ideal but not essential
