Join our St Albans warehouse team

Love Lemonade is looking for an experienced, reliable and process–driven Warehouse Assistant to join its friendly team in St Albans.

You will pick, check and pack customer orders accurately, use warehouse management systems to process orders and help ensure every parcel reaches the customer in excellent condition.

Previous warehouse, picking, packing or fulfilment experience is essential. Applicants must live within, or be able to travel to the warehouse within, approximately 30 minutes.

Full–time and part–time opportunities are available.

What you will be doing

Picking and packing customer orders accurately and efficientlyUsing warehouse management systems to process and update ordersPreparing, labelling and organising parcels for dispatchChecking stock and product quality before orders leave the warehouseReporting shortages, damaged items and stock discrepanciesFollowing established processes and procedures consistentlyCompleting product checks and minor finishing work, including replacing crystals when requiredSupporting stock handling, goods movement and general warehouse dutiesKeeping the warehouse clean, organised and safeSuggesting improvements to accuracy and efficiency What we are looking for

You must have previous experience in a warehouse, picking, packing, fulfilment or dispatch role.

You will also need to be:

Process–driven and able to follow procedures consistentlyConfident using warehouse management systemsReliable, punctual and responsibleAccurate and organised, even during busy periodsComfortable completing practical, hands–on workA clear communicator and supportive team memberConfident using basic Microsoft Excel and WordAble to travel to the St Albans warehouse within approximately 30 minutes What you will receive
