Role Details:

Shift Times: 4am start time, with the route planned in at 8 to 12 hours longShift Pattern: Monday to Saturday with a rolling rest dayPay Rate: 14.60 per hour (+ 1.15 for any hours worked between 10pm and 6am)Overtime: Premiums are payable after 42 hours at time and a quarterWorkload: On average between 10–20 drops per dayWhy Greencore:

Exeter:

Our Distribution Centre in Exeter is a major Driving depot, employing more than 50 colleagues and operating a fleet of more than 40 vehicles. The depot serves major convenience retailers in the region

What you'll be doing

Full training will be provided if successful in this role but are looking for the following knowledge and experience :

Loading Customer orders from Warehouse to your VanEnsuring all orders correct with delivery notesDelivering customer order in correct mannerFollowing Health and safety and driving lawsEnsuring all trays are stacked neatly in van and empty tray from customersMaintaining cleanliness and tidiness in vans/areas at all timesEnsuring all PPE issued is worn at all times

What we're looking for:

Being great with people is essential. In fact, this is the first thing we look for when we recruit a Greencore driver. Of course, you also need to have a full UK driving license held for at least six months with a maximum of 6 points. Van driving experience is preffered.
