Our client, a leading consultancy in the highways sector, is currently seeking enthusiastic and skilled Transport Planners to join their expanding Transport Planning & Infrastructure team in Sheffield. As part of a thriving office, you will play a key role in delivering a wide range of transport planning projects for public and private sector clients. This is a permanent opportunity for motivated individuals to contribute to significant growth and development within the sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Conducting site appraisals and site promotionPreparing transport assessments and statementsDeveloping travel plans and sustainable mobility strategiesCarrying out junction and network modellingEngaging in development and infrastructure planningData analysis, forecasting, and reportingStakeholder engagement and client communication

Job Requirements:

Experience in transport planning within the highways sectorGood interpersonal communication and relationship management skillsAbility to manage and prioritise projects effectively on a day–to–day basisMotivated and ready to get involved in key projectsCommitment to instilling high standards of work and building strong client relationships
