Description

Our client is a very high-end Jewellery company based in Central London. They are seeking an experienced Stock Administration Specialist to play a crucial role in their operational business by overseeing daily detailed administration and process tasks, and ensuring that all stock procedures and audit requirements are respected. As the specialist, you will be responsible to support the overall business regarding the administration, GIA and Stock functions. This is a unique opportunity to join a team of experts, working in a growing business environment. Main Responsibilities:

Responsible to coordinate GIA Certification operations.Monitoring stock movements, preparation and production of stock transits-passports (Stores, meeting, exhibitions).Alerting key management when issues with processes, movement of stock etc, arise.Planner & organiser of GIA inventory & libraryCoordinate safe-transit practice with key Management teamsKeep inventory recordsSAP: Responsible that physical stock is aligned with stock informationallyCoordinate the passports of the products for HQ and the marketsPrint and allocate the passports according to the stock movementsEnsure that a valid passport and the required paperwork is always attached to a piece before shippingEnsure that the passports are accurate; capture and image veracity, pricing certificates.Disassembly, to support business needsManage reallocation of GIA Certificates as appropriateManage and Disassembly log & audit trackingManage the image bank for SAP, excel add-ins and passportstrack the studio for white images The successful candidate will partner with IT to improve the system and the efficiency of the team. Will also challenge and improve processes when necessary, lead and coordinate with the different team. Background in Jewellery or Luxury is mandatory and be passionate about diamonds/gemstones would be greatly appreciated. Must be a team player and be diplomatic and have the ability to interact effectively with peers and senior management. Great opportunity to work for a very sought company.
