Production Scheduler

Description

A client of ours in the Witham area are recruiting a Production Scheduler to join their team ASAP.

This is a full–time, temporary – permanent position working Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm, and paying 14.42 – 16.82 per hour ( 30,000 – 35,000 per annum) depending on experience.

Your key duties in this Production Scheduler role will include but are not limited to:

Planning and coordinating production schedules to meet customer and project deadlines

Liaising with multiple departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely shipping

Managing client information, purchase orders, and supply coordination

Monitoring and maintaining stock levels and material availability

Compiling data for KPI reports and attending progress meetings with teams and clients

Skills and experience required to be considered for this role:

Previous experience in production scheduling or planning (manufacturing or engineering preferred)

Strong communication, coordination, and problem–solving skills

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, IF statements, etc.)

Highly organised, proactive, and able to work effectively under pressure

Positive and professional attitude with the ability to build strong working relationships
