Staffline is recruiting for Production Operatives in Kettering.

The rate of pay is:

– Days GBP12.21 per hour

– Nights GBP12.50 per hour

Shift pattern:

– 4 on 4 off, Day Shift – 6am to 6pm

– Monday to Friday, Night Shift – 7pm to 5am

Your Time at Work

As a Production Operative your duties include:

– Watch over and foresee any potential hazards that may bring the sortation line to a halt.

– Be able to act quickly and deal with any blockages when they occur.

– Use headsets and a radio to communicate.

– Work in the pick cabin on the sortation line, you will need to pick and sort all different types of plastic, from the sortation lines, putting them in the correct bins provided.

– Clean down all walkways and gantries, moving stillage containers and operating the stillage baler, Hygiene is a key role in this environment.

– Operating bunker balers

– Labelling goods for inbound and outbound.

Our Perfect Worker

Our perfect worker must have a good understanding of written and spoken English and have good attention to detail.

Applicants will be reliable and outgoing. You must be prepared to stand for the duration of your shift.
