Location: Redditch

Salary: 23 p/h with OTE 53,820 and 58,604 with alternate Saturdays

Opportunity for the HGV Shift Supervisor

We are currently recruiting for experienced PSV Shift Supervisors to join a well–established and growing bus operator across depots in Worcestershire

These are excellent opportunities for skilled PSV professionals looking to step into or continue within a supervisory role in a structured, safety–critical environment.

What you will do as HGV Shift Supervisor:

Lead and supervise workshop engineers and techniciansEnsure all vehicles are maintained to DVSA and company standardsAllocate work and manage shift productivitySupport compliance with safety and regulatory requirementsAssist with inspections, servicing schedules and defect managementProvide technical support and mentoring to the teamMaintain accurate workshop documentation and recordsWhat you will need as HGV Shift Supervisor
