HGV Driver Required Sheffield Temp to Perm Metal Processing Company

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well–established metal processing company based in Sheffield for a reliable and experienced HGV Driver to join their team on a temp–to–perm basis.

Role Overview:

The ideal candidate will hold a Class 1 or Class 2 licence and have experience operating curtain siders, tippers, RO/RO (roll–on/roll–off), and skip vehicles. However, candidates with a Class 2 licence and proven skip and RO/RO experience are encouraged to apply.

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday

07:30am 16:30pm

Pay Rates:

Class 1 Driver: GBP17.00 per hour

Class 2 Driver: GBP16.50 per hour

Requirements:

Valid HGV Class 1 or Class 2 licence

Experience with skip and RO/RO operations (essential for Class 2 applicants)

Experience with curtain sider and tipper vehicles (desirable)

Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph Card

Strong work ethic and reliability
