HGV Class 1 Drivers Required Nights Monday to Friday

We are currently seeking reliable and professional C+E (HGV Class 1) Drivers for ongoing night work based in Sheffield. The role involves delivering parcels between depot sites, with consistent Monday to Friday shifts.

About the Role We are looking for experienced and reliable HGV Class 1 drivers to join our team for ongoing night work. You will be responsible for transporting parcels between depot sites, ensuring deliveries are completed safely and efficiently.

This is a Monday to Friday role with a 17:00 start time and shifts lasting approximately 8 10 hours. Drivers must be confident carrying out vehicle safety checks and following all relevant road safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities Operate HGV Class 1 vehicles to transport parcels between depot sites.

Complete all required pre–shift vehicle safety checks.

Ensure goods are transported safely and delivered on time.

Comply with all road traffic laws and driver regulations.

Maintain accurate records and complete any required paperwork.

Report any vehicle defects or safety concerns promptly.

Maintain a professional and reliable approach throughout each shift.

Requirements Full UK Class 1 (C+E) driving licence.

Minimum of 1 year's Class 1 driving experience, as required by our insurance.

Valid Driver CPC and digital tachograph card.

Ability to complete daily vehicle safety checks.

Good understanding of drivers' hours and road safety regulations.

Reliable, punctual and professional attitude.
