Description
HGV class 1 Driver(Tramper) required to run from the Port of Heysham.
We are a medium sized general haulier with good clean work and daytime driving, no night work. Dedicate vehicle.
Normal shifts Mon to Fri, but plenty of weekend work available as overtime.
Rates start from GBP39,000 per Annum.
Tramper position prefered and drivers must be able to work 15 hr shifts when required and within Tacho regulations.
Will consider day man who is willing to lie-out a couple of nights per week.
ADR Licence would be advantagous as would experience of flat bed work.

Summary
As an HGV Class 1 Tramper, you will be essential in ensuring the timely and safe delivery of goods across various routes. This role requires strong commercial driving skills, with a focus on good customer service. Mainly tautliner operations with some flatbed work. Reporting to the transport manager, you will be expected to maintain high standards of personal and vehicle cleanliness, customer service, attention to documentation /POD's and contributing to the overall success of our transportation operations.
