A fantastic Opportunity is available for an experienced Class 1 Driver to join a busy and growing Industrial Packaging Company, located in Newton Heath, Manchester. The successful Driver will earn GBP13.50 per hour, Negotiable contract hours, between 45-55 hours, with an overtime rate of GBP18

Annual Christmas Bonus - 50% weeks average salary

KPI Bonus of up 2.5% annual salary

Company performance bonus of one weeks average salary

As an HGV driver you're one of our Brand Ambassadors, providing our customers with exceptional high levels of service to ensure that their packaging arrive on time, every time.

Key Duties

As the Class 1 Driver, your main duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Loading and securing all equipment onto your vehicle according to H&S regulations

Ensuring customers' orders are delivered to and collected with the correct paperwork

Ensure environmental procedures are followed when making collections of empty packaging

Completing basic daily safety checks on your vehicle

Working with transport to ensure vehicles are kept in good working order

Liaising with customers and representing the company in a professional manner

Key Skill/Experience

To be considered for the Class 1 Driver role you must be flexible and hardworking. The following key skills and experience are essential:

Experience as a Class 1 Driver

Full clean UK Driving License

Class 1 License/Full CPC and Digi Card.

High Attention to detail

Good work ethic
