Position: General Operative

Location: Witney, Oxfordshire

Salary: GBP28000 to GBP30000

Type of work: permanent

Working hours: 8:00 to 04:30 Monday to Thursday and 8:00 am to 1:00 on Fridays

We are now seeking to recruit a General Operative to support workshop manufacturing and warehouse operations. The appropriate candidate would be will in to help around workshop / warehouse with the following duties:

Ensuring the workshop and loading bay is kept clean and tidyAssisting with packing of systems into export crates and preparing finished products for shipmentProvide General handyman duties throughout the facilityCarry out local deliveries and pickups as requiredMaintain the appearance of the outside areas and car parkAssist with workshop preparation of components for manufacture Including cleaning, degreasing, hand polishing, cutting of tubes and light machining work (ending up tubes, boring holes) Requirements:

Clean and full driving licenceExcellent attention to detailExperienced with all manner of hand toolsForklift licence desirable.Flexible and self–motivated. High levels of initiative.
