Job Title: FLT Counterbalance Driver

Contract Type: Ongoing/Temp to Perm

Location: Fradley Park, Lichfield

Salary: 13.50ph, and you will accrue 1.63 per hour in holiday pay for every hour worked, which is banked and paid to you when you take annual leave. We do this to make sure our workers are fairly paid and encouraged to take proper time off work as we believe regular rest is essential for safety and mental well being of all workers.

Working Hours: 2030 to Finish, Monday to Friday Nights

Start Date: ASAP

An exciting opportunity has become available for a reliable and experienced FLT Counterbalance Driver

to join a busy and professional warehouse and distribution team. This company is a well–known distributor of various goods within the Midlands.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate a Counterbalance Forklift Truck safely and efficiently

Load and unload goods from vehicles and rackingMove stock to appropriate storage locationsAssist with stock checks and maintain accurate inventory recordsPrepare goods for dispatch in line with order requirementsUse warehouse management systems for stock movement and trackingEssential Requirements:

Valid and in–date FLT Counterbalance licence (RTITB or ITSSAR accredited)Minimum 1 year (ideally 1.5 years) of recent Counterbalance experience

Good understanding of health and safety in a warehouse environmentStrong attention to detail and communication skillsAdditional Information:

This is a non–shift role, exclusively nights
