Description
Contract Personnel are currently recruiting for Fibreglass Laminators based in the South Norfolk area. Own transport is essential.
Please note: We are unable to offer visa sponsorship for this position. Applicants must have the legal right to live and work in the UK at the time of application.
This is an excellent temp to perm opportunity.
Duties and responsibilities will include:
Read and understand lay–up drawings and use laminating skills to carry out the required workload to the lay–up specificationApply lacquers and waxes to mould surfaces to facilitate assembly and removal of laminated partsApply layers of gel to mould surfaces prior to placement of fibreglass mat, repeating layers until products have the desired thicknessCheck completed products for conformance to specifications and for defectsMask off mould areas which are not to be laminated, using cellophane, wax paper, masking tape, or special sprays containing mould–releasing substancesAny other duties as required Shift pattern:
Monday to Friday08:00 – 16:30 Experience/skills required:
