Description
Farm Operative DN10
We are currently recruiting 1 Farm Operative to join an ongoing operation based in a remote location in Doncaster (DN10).
Due to the location, candidates must have their own transport or live very close by.
The Role:
Assisting in the production of compost used for mushroom farming
Crawling through tunnels as part of the production process
Working in an environment where odours are present (not the most pleasant smell)
Supporting the production team to meet daily targets
Shift Pattern:
4 on / 4 off

42 hours per week
Pay & Bonuses:
Hourly rate: GBP13.29 per hour
Weekend shift bonus:
GBP30 Saturday (if worked)
GBP30 Sunday (if worked)
Bonus: GBP9 per tunnel
Typically 3 tunnels per day on weekends
Up to GBP57 extra per day when working Saturdays and Sundays
