The Role

As a Factory Operative, you'll play a key role in the day–to–day production process, helping to ensure products are manufactured, packed, and dispatched to a high standard.

Your responsibilities will include:

Packing finished products accurately and efficientlyCarrying out basic assembly work following instructionsOperating production machinery (full training provided)Labelling products and preparing orders for dispatchPerforming quality checks to maintain production standardsKeeping your work area clean, safe, and organisedWorking as part of a team to meet daily production targets

What We're Looking For

We're looking for reliable, hardworking individuals who enjoy working in a fast–paced environment.

Previous experience in a factory, manufacturing, production, warehouse, or packing role (preferred but not essential)A positive attitude and strong team–working skillsGood reliability and timekeepingThe ability to carry out manual handling tasksA willingness to learn and follow health and safety proceduresWhat's in It for You?
