Export Groupage

Description

Our Client is currently looking for a Coordinator to help expand their Export Groupage department based in Bromley.

General duties will include:

Ensuring booking confirmations are turned around quickly, yet accurately. Booking collections with the most suitable haulier, based on load address and customer requirements. Submitting export customs entries using our bespoke software. Scanning, copying and filing documents. Using customers bill of lading instructions to create a draft B/L. Liaising with customers to finalise the B/L in a timely manner. Communicating with our overseas agents to ensure they are aware of their role and are well–positioned to take control upon cargo arrival. Checking supplier invoices and invoicing clients. Providing an overall high level of customer service, encouraging repeat business.

This is a solely office–based position, but it is a varied job, every day you will be challenged to find the most suitable solution. Candidates should be the kind of people who enjoy these opportunities to grow professionally.

Much of your day will be spent working to deadlines, multi–tasking and prioritising your workload. Therefore, it's essential that you are enthusiastic and organised, as well as being able to communicate succinctly and professionally in this environment
