Role: Delivery Driver

Location: Exeter

Hours: 8–9 hour days Monday to Friday

Salary: GBP12.45 per hour

An excellent opportunity has now arisen for a 3.5 tonne driver to join our clients successful team.

Safely and efficiently operate a delivery vehicle to transport goods to designated locationsLoad and unload items from the vehicle, ensuring proper handling and securing of the cargoPlan and follow the most efficient routes for timely deliveriesCommunicate with customers to confirm delivery details and address any concerns or issues.Complete necessary paperwork and maintain accurate records of deliveriesPerform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance, reporting any issues or malfunctions What we would like from you:

Valid driver's licence with a clean driving recordProven experience as a driver, preferably in a warehouse or delivery settingAbility to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as requiredExcellent communication skills to interact with customers and team membersFamiliarity with local traffic laws and regulationsBasic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting
