35,000 – 45,000 + Hybrid + Flexible hours + Benefits package

Monday – Friday: 3 days in the office, 2 days remote

Due to continued growth and increasing operational demand, we are looking to recruit a Demand Analyst to join our busy Supply Chain team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Demand Analyst to join a UK powerhouse, a major force in their industry who can adapt someone's career due to unlimited training being available.

You will support and shape demand planning activities across a broad and diverse product portfolio, helping ensure products are delivered on time, in full, and cost–effectively. The ideal candidate will have experience in forecasting or demand planning within a seasonal or fast–moving environment. You should have strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and the confidence to collaborate with multiple stakeholders.

The Role:

Demand Analyst within a leading horticulture manufacturer

Managing forecasts and supporting production planning across multiple divisions

Working from a single site (static), Monday–Friday and having hybrid working model

The Candidate:

Experience in Demand Planning / Forecasting

Knowledge of MRP / ERP systems

Strong stock management and supply chain understanding

Excellent Excel skills and commercial awareness
