Description
We are working with leading shipping and freight forwarding company seeking an Customs Coordinator to join their team.
Responsibilities;
Responsible for ensuring the smooth movement of goods through regulatory channels. Completing Import and Export Customs Clearances. Managing and completing NCTS Transit System T–Forms. Utilising industry–standard software including CDS, Destin8, NCTS, and Descartes. Handling essential documentation and general administrative tasks related to customs procedures. Skills Required;
Ideally 2+ years of experience specifically in Import Customs Clearances. Familiarity with Licences and ETSF (External Temporary Storage Facilities). A confident, approachable personality with a strong teamwork ethic. High–level organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail. Fully IT literate and comfortable learning new software
