Customer Service Assistant / Sittingbourne / Hybrid
My client in the retail display space are currently seeking a Customer Service Assistant to join their team on a permanent basis. The main purpose for this role is to progress customers orders through the system and work with internal teams to ensure the project goes smoothly.
Role & Responsibilities:
Communicating with clients and providing excellent serviceProcess sales orders and purchase ordersGeneral administration dutiesCreating packing lists and export documentationUpdating customer databasesPreparing reports on KPIsAttending customer meetings with internal and external stakeholdersEssential Skillset:
Experience working on export documentationGood knowledge of Microsoft Office applications especially ExcelExperience on ERP systems/databasesGreat customer service skillsExperience of communications with customers both on the phone and writtenBenefits:
