Class 2 Driver – Multi-Drop

Location: Halifax

Salary: £16.50 per hour

Job Type: Full-time

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Class 2 Driver to join our team in Halifax, working on a multi-drop delivery operation across the UK.

This is a physically demanding role involving heavy lifting and manual handling, so applicants must be comfortable with regular loading and unloading of goods.

Key Responsibilities

* Driving a Class 2 vehicle safely and responsibly.

* Completing multi-drop deliveries to customers across the UK.

* Loading and unloading the vehicle.

* Carrying out regular heavy lifting and manual handling.

* Completing delivery paperwork accurately.

* Conducting daily vehicle checks and reporting any defects.

* Providing a professional and friendly service to customers.

* Ensuring deliveries are completed safely, efficiently and on time.

* Complying with all relevant driving, transport and health & safety regulations.

Requirements

* Valid Class 2 (Category C) licence.

* Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph Card.

* Previous Class 2 and multi-drop experience preferred.

* Comfortable with heavy lifting and manual handling.

* Good knowledge of UK roads.

* Reliable, punctual and professional.

* Good communication and customer service skills.

* Flexible approach to work and delivery schedules.
