GBP16.40ph -GBP18.50ph
Drivers are paid a guaranteed 8 hours for a full shift. If extra work is refused or the job isn't completed, pay is based on hours worked. For night-outs, if running in the next day, only actual hours worked are paid.
HGV Class 1 Night Drivers Wanted - Ongoing Shifts available
Drivers Plus are recruiting reliable and professional Class 1 Drivers for our prestigious client in Normanton. This role involves Class 1 night driving, delivering to Pallet Hubs. There is no handball involved.
What you'll be doing:
Pallet Hub Deliveries
Ensuring everything is secure
Carrying out daily vehicle checks using your company device
Keeping in touch with the transport team to provide updates
Maintaining high standards and following all legal requirements
What We're looking for:
UK Class 1 (Category CE) Licence
Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
Experience delivering to client sites
A strong customer focus and positive attitude
Ability to work to deadlines and manage time effectively
Able to open and close curtains.
