Ideal Recruit are currently looking for experienced HGV Class 1 (C+E) Drivers for a well–established client based in Bedford.

This is a full time opportunity with guaranteed shifts and consistent work.

Job details:

Nationwide store deliveries across the UK.Average of 3 4 drops per shift (palletised goods loading and unloading required).Experience with refrigerated units preferred.Various start times between 00:00–14:00 available.Various shift patterns available: 4 on 4 off, Tue–Sat, Sun–Thu, Fri–Mon, Thu–MonWeekly block bookings available.Minimum 8 hours of pay guaranteed per shift. Pay rates PAYE (including holiday pay):

Monday to Friday: GBP21.85 per hour.Saturday and Sunday: GBP24.94 per hour Holidays can be accrued and paid separately if preferred.

Requirements:

Assessment required before starting. Valid HGV Class 1 (C+E) licence.Minimum 12 months of experience as a Class 1 driver.Valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph card.No more than 6 points on licence (minor endorsements only).
