Job purpose:

As a Buyer – Corporate Services you'll contribute to JM's mission as a world leader in sustainable technology, transforming energy and reducing carbon emissions for a cleaner, brighter future.

You'll be a trusted partner to senior stakeholders, driving strategic sourcing and supplier excellence across mainly professional services categories. Your impact will reach across continents and business units, supporting innovation and sustainability at every step.

The role:

As a Buyer for global corporate services , you will help drive our goals by:

Support Global Category Teams with global corporate services across multiple business units and geographies (UK, US, Vilnius, Kuala Lumpur, Poland).Manage local procurement requirements when not part of a global strategy.Partner with senior stakeholders (including Heads of Department and GLT) to align on category strategies and deliver cost optimization.Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts for services such as Tax/Finance business consultancy, insurance, legal, marketing and communications, and research services.Analyze data and financial pipelines to support demand planning and identify savings opportunities.Drive process improvements and implement ethical, sustainable sourcing practices.Ensure compliance with Group Procurement policies and leverage Coupa for sourcing and supplier management.

Key skills that will help you succeed in this role:

Experience: 5+ years in indirect procurement, preferably within professional services categories.Stakeholder Management: Ability to engage senior leaders across cultures and time zones with professionalism and confidence.Strategic Mindset: Skilled in TCO analysis, cost optimization, and delivering measurable savings.Data–Driven: Strong analytical skills to interpret spend data and support decision–making.Agility & Flexibility: Comfortable working in a dynamic environment and willing to travel internationally.Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach.
