ASB Manager (PO5) – Lewisham Council

Location: 1 Catford Road, Catford, London, SE6 4RU

Contract: 16 weeks | 35 hours per week | Inside IR35

Pay: £29.29 p/h PAYE | £38.59 p/h Umbrella

About the Role

We’re seeking an experienced ASB Manager to deliver a high-quality, outcome-focused Anti-Social Behaviour service for Lewisham Council. You will lead on tackling ASB, supporting residents, and working closely with Community Safety and other partners to ensure customer satisfaction and compliance with Consumer Standards.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and deliver a customer-focused ASB service, supporting victims and complainants.

Manage a team, ensuring effective recruitment, training, performance monitoring, and service improvement.

Oversee multi-agency approaches to domestic abuse and safeguarding.

Develop strategies, produce reports, and work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.

Respond to complaints, uphold Ombudsman’s Code, and maintain safety records.

Requirements

Proven experience in ASB case management within a housing or local authority setting.

Strong leadership, team management, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Understanding of safeguarding, domestic abuse, and community safety frameworks.

Eligible to work in the UK, with recent references and a clean DBS.
